To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Tourist tax is not included into the price. Price includes accommodation. In season minimum stay is 4 days. For staying less than 4 days price is 35% higher. We also have a restaurant in villa for guests. Possibility of breakfast or half-board which is extra charged (breakfast 5 EUR/pax, half-board 15 EUR/pax). Check in is after 14:00 and check out till 10:00. Possibility of organizing excursions for larger groups and parties on terrace. Villa Ceres has 10 apartments. 3 large apartments for max 5 persons, 3 smaller apartments for 4 persons that are in main object. In object next to the main villa are 4 smaller apartments for max 3 persons. Main villa on ground floor has restaurant, swimming pool, fitness and sauna (swimming pool and fitness are included into the price, sauna is extra charged). All apartments have air conditioner, balconies. In main villa apartments are on first and second floor (on first floor are 3 smaller apartments and one larger, on second floor are 2 larger apartments with larger terraces). In second villa apartments are on ground floor and on first floor (two by two). Guests don't have to bring bed linen, towels basic hygienic supplies (soap, toilet paper), they have it all in villa. Villa Ceres is opened during the whole year. Welcome!
