To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Our house is built in 2009., it has its own parking and it is located 20 m far from the beach with crystal clear sea. Apartments are maximum equipped and every apartment has terrace turned towards sea. In yard is large grill where we make home specialities to our guests. For all guests staying more than 7 days we have free degustation of sea fruits and panoramic sightseeing with our boat. We produce homemade ecological olive oil of top quality, we offer it to our guests at special prices. Apartments are located in our family house and renting is possible during the whole year. Tourist tax is included into the price. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Apartment 1 (3+2) is located in ground floor, size around 44 m2, consisted of bedroom with three beds, toilet, large living room with kitchen and extra bed for 2 persons. In front of it is terrace 8-9 m2. Apartment 2 (2+2) is located in ground floor, size around 33 m2, consisted of bedroom with two beds, toilet, living room with kitchen and extra bed for 2 persons. In front of it is terrace of 12 m2. Apartment 3 (4+2) is located on second floor, size around 48 m2, consisted of two bedrooms each with two beds, toilet, living room with kitchen and extra bed for 2 persons, balcony of 10 m2 with sea view. Apartment 4 (4+2) is also on the second floor, identical to apartment 3, only larger (around 54 m2). All apartments are totally equipped with air conditioner, tv, dishes in kitchen... Welcome!
